Warranty Help and Brand Support You Can Count On

At KMS2 LLC, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Whether you’ve purchased a knife, baton, flashlight, or cutlery item, we want you to feel confident that your gear is built to last — and supported if anything goes wrong.



We carry premium brands that are known for reliable warranties, including Benchmade, Buck, Kershaw, and Rada Cutlery. If you ever have a question or issue with an item you bought from us, we’re here to help walk you through the next steps.

How Warranties Work

Each manufacturer offers its own warranty policy. Some cover lifetime repairs or replacements, while others focus on defects or workmanship guarantees. While we don’t provide in-house warranty processing, we will help you understand how to file a claim directly with the brand or determine if sharpening or maintenance may solve the issue.



We’ll also provide receipts or documentation if needed and offer guidance based on what’s covered under each warranty.

Benchmade

Benchmade offers a limited lifetime warranty and their LifeSharp service. You can send your knife to Benchmade for free sharpening, lubrication, and tune-up — for life. Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues are covered, but normal wear, abuse, and blade damage from misuse are not.

Kershaw

Kershaw provides a limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. They also offer blade sharpening and parts replacement services for a small fee. Accidental damage or wear and tear is not covered.

Buck Knives

Buck Knives is known for their Forever Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects for the life of the product. It does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear. Buck also provides sharpening services and replacement parts when applicable.

Rada Cutlery

Rada offers a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your kitchen knife breaks or fails under normal use, Rada will replace it. The process is simple and often only requires proof of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

While most brands offer generous warranty protection, there are a few common exclusions:



  • Loss or theft

  • Normal wear from sharpening or extended use

  • Broken tips or chipped blades from misuse

  • Cosmetic damage or discoloration

  • Altered or modified products

In most cases, shipping fees are not covered, and turn-around time can vary depending on the brand.
